At the start of your coaching I will listen and ask questions to untangle what's really going on for you right now and together we will make sense of it and create a plan for your coaching. We can dive deep when needed, we will go at your pace, and I will provide the space for you to open up about your career, without fear of repercussions within your company. Your coaching sessions are designed to help you gain the clarity and self-awareness to gain true career satisfaction.

Career coaching for senior professionals is tailored to your needs, so you are in control of your coaching agenda. What we work on might include:
Developing a strategy and vision for your next steps, whether that be working towards promotion, early retirement or a career change
Support to deal with stress, signs of burnout and develop a greater work-life-balance
Coaching you to be effective in your new senior role, perhaps dealing with imposterism and self-doubt
Considering a career change? Support to identify, scope and test out ideas aligned to the whole of you, whilst dealing with doubts.
Identify areas for your professional development and how to address them, such as preparing for promotion.
Profiling tools such as Thomas International PPA assessment, Emotional Intelligence or Leadership style (based on individual need and may incur additional cost – this will be discussed with you).

Coaching and guidance to review your CV and get it razor sharp for the senior or executive position you’re seeking.
Includes 1 x 90-minute coaching session, to gather your key achievements and understand how to prioritise and make the most of them. From here we will decide what further work is required to enable you to create a high-impact CV. We will cover:
A review of your current CV structure, format and content, with practical and achievable steps to make improvements
Coaching you to write a profile and career achievements that will have maximum impact for your target industry
A final email review of your updated CV, with easy-to-track changes

If you have an interview coming up for an executive position you will need to perform at your best. Interview coaching with Georgie can help improve your confidence and gravitas.
90 minutes of one-to-one mock interview coaching, including verbal immediate feedback plus a written feedback report.
Learn some of the most likely interview questions you’ll face and how to answer them with confidence
Review your CV or application against the job description and person spec (if available) and consider what the employer may be looking for at interview
Receive real-time feedback on responses to both pre-prepared and spontaneous questions
Following your mock interview you will receive a report with follow-up suggestions to help improve your performance.
