How I work

I offer one-hour coaching sessions, either face-to-face (Gloucestershire area) or anywhere in the UK or overseas through video coaching, usually via Zoom.

All coaching sessions include an individually-tailored summary and action plan and preparation/follow-up coaching resources to enable you to meet your goals.

    • Take assessments that measure your aptitudes (strengths), personality, interests and learning style

    • Gain a personalised profile that matches you to careers, subjects and apprenticeships

    • Follow up with a 1-hour feedback session with Georgie, to help identify what this means for your career or education and to encourage your next steps.

  • Do you have a job, apprenticeship or course interview coming up?

    90 minutes of one-to-one video coaching to help you prepare and perform at your best.

    • Learn some of the most likely interview questions you’ll face and how to answer them with confidence

    • Review your CV or application against the job or course description and person spec. Consider what the employer or course provider may be looking for at interview.

    • Receive real-time feedback on responses to both pre-prepared and spontaneous questions

    • Following your mock interview you will receive an email with follow-up suggestions to help improve your performance.
