FAQs

Everyone works at a different pace.
Allowing for one module per week will help you keep moving forward and build momentum, while still giving you enough space for action and reflection between the modules.
Most people will be able to complete the online elements in around six weeks. If you wish to work more intensely through the programme, you could complete it in 1-3 weeks.
-
The Hybrid Programme includes 3 x one-to-one career coaching sessions with Georgie.
This option is suitable if you would like tailored, individual support alongside your online learning. You might use your coaching sessions for a CV review, a mock interview, or more in-depth support to gain clarity around your career direction.
The Online Only Programme is suited to those who are happy to work independently through the tasks, or who already have a good idea of the direction they want to take in their career.
-
Yes. You can add extra coaching sessions to the Online or Hybrid programmes by getting in touch with Georgie.
If you prefer to work fully one-to-one, the bespoke 6-session career coaching option may suit you better.
-
Yes. The programme is suitable if you want to get ahead and start working on your career plans now, especially if you are going into your final year.
You do not need to wait until you have graduated to start building clarity, confidence and a stronger job search strategy.
-
Yes, absolutely.
If you are struggling to get interviews, feeling stuck in a job that is not progressing, or trying to move into a graduate-level role, this programme can help you take a more focused and strategic approach.
-
No. You do not need to have a clear career plan before starting the programme.
The first modules are designed to help you explore your values, strengths, motivations and possible career directions. The aim is to help you build clarity gradually, rather than expecting you to have all the answers from the beginning.
-
No. Graduate schemes are only one route into work.
This programme is designed to support you with a wider graduate job search, including entry-level roles, direct-entry graduate jobs, internships, smaller employers and other early-career opportunities.
-
Many graduates worry that they do not have enough experience.
The programme will help you look more carefully at the experience you do have, including your degree, part-time work, volunteering, societies, projects, internships, caring responsibilities or other activities.
You will learn how to identify transferable skills and communicate your experience more clearly to employers.
-
The programme is designed for the graduate or student to work through directly.
Parents are welcome to support the process, but the most important thing is that the graduate has the space to reflect honestly and take ownership of their own career decisions.
-
That is completely fine.
The suggested pace of one module per week is there to help you build momentum, but you can return to the materials and work through them at a pace that suits your circumstances.
The key is to keep taking small, practical steps rather than feeling you have to complete everything perfectly.
